To cultivate, grow, produce, harvest raise or deal, import or export in agriculture produce as agriculturists, farmers or gardeners and to set up processing unit for import, export, distribute or deal in agriculture produce of all description, like fruits, vegetable, seeds, cereals, pulses , grains, rice, lentils, cash crops, corn, hay and straw, vitalisers, manures, repellant and herbal products etc and to undertake and provide consulting and support services like processing and preservation of produce or storage facilities, to acquire, hold, buy or acquire freehold or leasehold agriculture land, farm, garden or any other, property for agriculture and related activities.

The Main object of the Company is to carry on the business of cotton, non-cotton, spinning, combing, clearing, preparing, packing, weaving, twisting, manufacturing, bleaching, dyeing, colouring, printing, finishing, processing of all kinds of fibers, yarns, textiles as may be prepared from nylon, polyster, acrylie, fibre, reayou, silk, artificial silk, linen, cotton, cotton waste, wool, jute or other synthetic artificial or natural yarn and fibres and converters of synthetic artificial and natural fibres including fibre glassinto materials like cloth tapes, ropes, yams, cords, twine, and such other allied articles as may be conveniently produced, manufactured or processed and generally to carry on the business of spinning, weaving, processing, in cotton and man made fibre and textiles including waste thereof.
